Meetings are scheduled for 1 hour and should be at the earliest date available to fit our schedules. Please bring any pictures of cakes or designs that you have to the meeting. Try to limit the number of people attending the meeting to 3. My meeting area can't accommodate a large group.

Please come prepared with an estimate of the number of guests to help determine the size and shape of your cake. The general rule is to plan for at least 1 person per invitation for the bride's cake. The groom's cake should be half the servings of the bride's. If you decide to use different flavors in the tiers of the wedding cake, make sure to add to the servings to accommodate for guests trying more than one flavor.

A cake sample will be provided during the meeting. If you have special requests for flavors, a sample cake can be made for $10.00-$15.00 with advanced notice. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve the date. This deposit is applied to the balance. Final count and any changes are due 14 days prior to the event with the balance due 10 days prior.

Equipment belonging to "The Sweetest Day" is your responsibility to return and will require deposits and/or rental fees. Items need to be returned by the Wednesday following the event.
