Specialty Cakes:

All specialty cake orders under 100 servings are placed via phone or e-mail and come with 30 minutes of free design.

Wedding Cakes:

Meetings are scheduled for 1 hour and should be at the earliest date available to fit our schedules. Please bring any pictures of cakes or designs that you have to the meeting. Try to limit the number of people attending the meeting to 3.

Please come prepared with an estimated number of guests to help determine the size of your cake. The general rule is to plan for at least 1 person per invitation. The bride's cake should serve the total number of guests. The groom's cake is typically half the servings of the bride's cake. If you decide to use different flavors in the tiers of the wedding cake, make sure to add to the servings to accommodate for guests trying more than one flavor.

Cake samples will be provided during the meeting. If you have special requests for flavors, a sample cake can be made for $10.00-$15.00 with advance notice. If you choose The Sweetest Day as your cake vendor, your date will not be reserved until a $100.00 non-refundable deposit is received. This deposit is applied to the balance. Your final serving count and any design changes are due 14 days prior to the event with the balance due 10 days prior.

Equipment belonging to "The Sweetest Day" is your responsibility to return and will require deposits and rental fees. Items need to be returned by the Wednesday following the event.
